Orkish recorded history is minimal. Orkish text only dates back a few hundred years and their culture appears to be quite young.
They speak of being a great warrior race that was deceived and left to burn at the whim of great lizards that flew thru the sky. They believe all things have souls. That all things people, animals, objects even elves have a soul. Their shaman talk to these souls and draw their power from the spirits that inhabit all things.
Minimal. Few have the patients to figure out anything but the simplest items. They also do not have ready access to any technology. However they do tend to be fascinated with destruction and loud noises which will hold their interest.
Orkish draws heavily on other languages but seems to draw from Demon the most, their close proximity to the demongrounds no doubt influenced their language. Their written language contains pictographs/hieroglyphs that few but the elders understand. It is likely that the written form of their language is a recent development.
Orks do not function well within man's laws. They are often jailed and very few are willing to smuggle such a high risk 'customer' into an Undercity.
